RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life, liberty and property of petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, is directed to look into representation dated 01.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, to look into representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) and decide the same after investigating the case under his personal surveillance and hearing the petitioner by passing a RAVINDER SINGH 2020.01.17 09:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
