1. Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition and that his client shall try to get the matter amicably resolved with the complainant who happens to be his neighbour.

2. In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
