Learned counsel for the respondent states that the order has since been complied with. An affidavit in this regard has also been filed of Ms. Surabhi Malik, IAS, Managing Director, Punjab Small industries and Export Corporation Ltd., Udyog Bhawan, Sector-17, Chandigarh. 2.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition has since been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 3.
