(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds as per policy decision dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P-11) and in alternative direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure P-16), by passing a speaking order.
