1. The instant matter has been put up before this Court in terms of Minutes of Meeting dated 31.5.2025 of Hon'ble Computer Committee of this High Court.

2. Office has reported that the present appeal was filed through electronic mode (efiling) and that hard copy of the appeal has not been filed in the Registry within 30 days of e-filing and therefore, the present matter has been put up by the Registry for appropriate orders.

3. Office has reported that the present appeal i.e. FAO-7360-2025 is in fact an instance of duplicity inasmuch as order dated 20.08.2024, which is impugned in the present appeal was also assailed by way of filing another appeal i.e. FAO No.5456-2024, MOHAN SINGH 2026.04.24 12:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

FAO-7360-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) which already stands decided finally by a Division Bench comprising of Justice Sudhir Singh and Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi vide order dated 21.11.2024.
