Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the remedies in accordance with order dated 14.7.2023 (Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in CWP-28450-2022. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

The petitioner would be at liberty to move appropriate application under Section 14 of Limitation Act in case the appeal is found to have been filed beyond limitation.
