(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the tenure of the result of the election petition, for the post of Gram Panchayat, Village Dohka Haria, District Charkhi Dadri, has since expired, the purpose of filing of the election petition, as such, stands frustrated, therefore, the present revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
