(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Jiwanjot Singh, in case FIR No. 578 dated 28.04.2018 registered under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity (Supply) Act, 2003 at Police Station I &P Ambala, District Ambala.

On instructions from SI Parveen Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 24.12.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
