In pursuance of the settlement, the disputes between the parties stand amicably resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The parties have already approached the Family Court by filing the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by way of mutual consent. The first motion in the said petition has already taken place and the case is now fixed for second motion on 07.05.2026. 2.

As per the terms of Clause 4(i) of the settlement agreement, the respondent was required to hand over the gold articles belonging to the petitioner, which have duly been handed over against proper receipt. A photocopy of the said receipt is taken on record. 3.

In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present transfer application. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement and shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if so required.
