(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.446 dated 11.08.2016 under Sections 120, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurgaon, District Gurugram and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.08.2018 (Annexure P-2). The learned counsel for the State submits that an untraced report has already been prepared on 23.08.2021 and shall be submitted before the Trial Court.

I have gone through the file and found that the parties have not appeared before the Trial Court to record their statements in terms of the order dated 29.04.2022 passed by this Court.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
