By way of present revision petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to the trial Court to decide CS-3526/2022 'Kiran Makhija & another Vs. M/s Blue Leaf Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.' within a time bound manner.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 20.02.2024, status report from the trial Court was called for.

In compliance of order dated 20.02.2024 passed by this Court, status report from the trial Court has been received and it has been submitted that in the case in hand, issues were framed by the Court on 18.08.2023. Thereafter, as requested by counsel for the parties, it was adjourned to 20.10.2022. On 20.10.2022, examination-in-chief of PW Hemant Kumar was recorded and his cross-examination was deferred and then the case was adjourned to 08.04.2024 for his cross-examination. It has been submitted that there was no inordinate delay in the proceedings of the case. So from the aforesaid report, it transpires that the case was adjourned to 08.04.2024 for cross-examination of PW Hemant Kumar and only one adjournment was given till today for plaintiff's evidence. 5.

Keeping in view the above, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the said petition expeditiously as per law, without granting any unwarranted adjournments. 6.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
