***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to issue fresh passport to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 informs the Court that the passport of the petitioner is under preparation and the same would be dispatched to the petitioner shortly. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
