JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed against the order dated 21.09.2019 passed by the Additional District Judge, Hisar whereby an application for summoning respondent No.2-Suraj Bhan as an additional accused has been declined.

The learned Amicus Curiae has brought it to the notice of this Court that Khushi Ram faced the trial and was acquitted vide judgement dated 19.12.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar. In view of the fact that the main accused who was facing the trial stands acquitted the question of summoning of respondent No.2 as an additional accused does not arise.

In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
