Gajendra Singh", under Section 138, 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act Complaint Seeking quashing of criminal complaint captioned above and summoning order dated 28.03.2024, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS, 2023.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file appropriate application in accordance with law before the trial Court.
