Application stands disposed of.

Main Case The claimants are before this Court are seeking enhancement in compensation awarded by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri on 30.09.2023.

The only issue raised by learned counsel for the appellants is that the compensation on account of loss of consortium has been allowed on the lower side.

FAO-3365-2024 -2Perusal of the impugned award reveals that loss of consortium is allowed @ Rs.40,000/- each to the claimants. The said compensation on account of loss of consortium is allowed in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in "National Insurance Co. Ltd vs Pranay Sethi, AIR 2017 SUPREME COURT 5157".

No ground is made out to interfere in the impugned award. Dismissed.
