*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 01.04.2024 and 27.06.2024 (Annexures P-20 and P-22 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
