SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.311 dated 23.11.2019, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
