(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case complaint tiled as 'Sukhminder Singh versus Tajinder Kaur' bearing NO.COMI/407/2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC filed in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 13.12.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
