P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 07.02.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Sector-50 (EOW), Gurugram.

Earlier vide order dated 17.01.2020, arrest of the petitioner was ordered to be stayed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and the same is already on record as Annexure P-15. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Lakhpat Singh, states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
