Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent No.1 to evict the private respondent Nos.4 & 5 from House No.72, Gali No.3, Arya Nagar, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. Further direction is sought against respondent Nos.4 & 5 to pay maintenance allowance to the petitioners @ Rs.20,000/- per month.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to approach the Maintenance Tribunal constituted in terms of Section 7 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, for redressal of their grievance.
