Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for directing the Executing Court to finally decide the Execution Application bearing No.161 of 2022, Annexure P-6, filed by the petitioner, in time bound manner. 2.

Pursuant to order dated 21.12.2023, passed by this Court, report has been received that the execution petition has been dismissed as withdrawn on 12.02.2024, on the basis of statement made by the counsel for the decree holder.
