CRM No.55727 of 2019 This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.94 dated 15.05.2017 registered under Sections 376, 506 IPC at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda. This Court vide order dated 19.02.2020, while issuing notice of motion, had stayed arrest of the petitioners for a period of two weeks and had directed them to join proceedings before the trial Court. On their doing so, the trial court was directed to release them on interim bail, subject to their furnishing bail/surety bond to its satisfaction.

CRM-M No.55727 of 2019 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in pursuance to the order dated 19.02.2020, petitioners have joined proceedings before the trial Court, which fact has been confirmed by the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from the IO.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined proceedings before the trial court in pursuance to order dated 19.02.2020 passed by this Court, no further orders are called for.

The instant petition stands disposed of.
