The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of show cause notice dated 13.09.2022 (Annexure P-7) and order dated 26.12.2022 (Annexure P-8). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide his appeal dated 06.09.2023 in a time bound manner. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the respondents asserts that the competent authority would look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within two months from today. 4.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of.
