(ORAL) [1] This is the second petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.59 dated 12.03.2014, registered for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Ludhiana, Annexure P-1, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 20.02.2023, Annexure P-3, arrived at between the parties. [2] The complainant has not come forward to get his statement recorded, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to re-access this Court on the same cause of action, as and when the complainant is ready to get his statement recorded.
