SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.152 dated 11.09.2017, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Satyawan submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

Dr. Naresh Kaushik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant submits that the matter in dispute has been settled. The complainant has received the money and had executed the affidavit, Annexure P-3.
