(Oral) CRM-51462-2025 By way of filing the present application, learned counsel for the applicant petitioner submits that upon instructions from applicant/petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the main petition seeking regular bail in case FIR No.210 dated 19.07.2025 registered under Sections 21(B), 20(B), 27-A, 29/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main petition and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-55660-2025, which is presently fixed for 13.02.2026 is preponed and is taken on board today itself.
