(ORAL) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali to ensure that in case the petitioner is required to be associated with any inquiry or investigation or some information is to be elicited from him in respect of the matter arising out of FIR No.280 dated 4.12.2019 registered at Police Station City Kharar under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, then a prior written notice of 10 days be served upon him.
