**** Karamjit Singh, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in a criminal case having FIR No.151 dated 08.10.2024 under Section 303(2), 317(2), 341(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Passiana, District Patiala.

On the last date of hearing, the interim order was passed by this Court whereby petitioner was directed to join investigation with the police.

Today, the State counsel, on instructions from ASI Navdeep Singh, brought to the notice of this Court that by virtue of aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation with the police and is not required for the purpose of further investigation or custodial interrogation by the police.
