Through the instant petition, prayer is made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in FIR No.106 dated 23.05.2023, under Sections 336/427/34 of the IPC, and, Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act (Sections 386, 506 and 201 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

At the outset itself, the learned State counsel has, on instructions imparted to him by A.S.I. Joginder Singh, informed this Court that the instant petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as, the petitioner has been arrested at Mumbai Airport, in pursuance to the Look Out Notice/Circular.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
