(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Investigating Officer/Trial Court (in case challan is filed) including his pleas to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved.
