Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the impugned order dated 24.11.2023 (Annexure P-15) passed by the authority concerned without observing the Rules of natural justice, the petitioner intend to approach the higher authorities for redressal of his grievance at this stage by way of filing an appropriate representation with the higher authorities concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, any representation qua the impugned order dated 24.11.2023 (Annexure P-15) by which the petitioner has been reverted from the post of Yard Master to the post of Driver is filed by the petitioner with the concerned authority, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period RIYA 2023.12.18 17:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 28109 -2023 -22023:PHHC: 160418 of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to him within a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with the authorities concerned. 6.
