The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.324 dated 27.10.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 363, 366, 376, 427, 506, 511 IPC (Section 324 IPC added later on) at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar.

By an order dated 11.02.2020 , this Court had dismissed the petition qua petitioner No.1 and granted interim bail to petitioner No.2, while directing him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Ram Prasad submits that petitioner No.2 has joined investigation.
