Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.111 dated 06.08.2023, registered under Sections 21(b)/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 16.12.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of an affidavit of Subhash Chander, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa, which is taken on record.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Niwash submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 16.12.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made Manju 2024.03.21 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2024:PHHC:038679 CRM-M-63370-2023 absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused. 7.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any other case of similar nature, the concession granted in the present petition shall automatically stands vacated.
