       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.309 dated 15.12.2019, registered under Sections 420and 406 IPC, at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari. Vide order dated 15.01.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Varinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
