Review of the detailed judgment passed on 03.08.2023, has been sought by the appellants.

The learned counsel representing the review applicant submits that this Court has not examined the issue of declaration with respect to the unilateral cancellation of the agreement to sell by the appellants. On reading of the judgment passed, it is evident that in para Nos. 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21, this Court has already examined the aforesaid issue, in detail.
