*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 6.1.2020, the petitioners have since surrendered in the trial Court and have been admitted to bail on 16.1.2020. This fact has been admitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 6.1.2020 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions:- (i) They shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.

(ii) They shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) They shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

CRM-M-129 of 2020 (iv) They shall surrender their Passports before the Investigating Officer and if they are not having Passports then shall file the affidavits in that regard. In case the petitioners violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail to them.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
