The present petition is for seeking directions for constituting the SIT to investigate in FIR No. 0876 dated 27.09.2022 under Sections 306 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in terms of judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P."

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid liberty and the trial Court is advised to take appropriate action in accordance with law after considering it on its own merits.
