(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to refund the security fee as well as advance rent deposited by the petitioner for parking site No.3, Sector 38, Gurugram and parking site No.16 adjoining Max Hospital, Sector 29, Gurugram against the tender invited by the office of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grouse, a detailed representation dated 11.1.2023 (Annexure P-12) has already been given to respondent No.3. Notice of motion.
