(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 19.06.2025 under Sections 103, 190, 191(3), 235 of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act (offence under Sections 109, 61(2), 194(2), 324(4),

(5) BNS and Section 27(3) Arms Act added later on) registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.11.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

CRM-M-55751-2025 -2The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 19.11.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

The counsel for the complainant, however, opposes the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

As the petitioner has joined investigation, his custodial interrogation is not required and the interim order dated 19.11.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
