(Oral) At this stage, it has been brought to the notice of the court by the counsel for the respondents that the amicable settlement has been reached between the parties, with the intervention of the Mediator of Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Moga.

Copy of the settlement/agreement dated 16.09.2025, has been supplied, which is taken on record. Also, it is submitted that in consonance with the amicable settlement, petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed, wherein, statements of first motion have been recorded. Counsel for the respondent also gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the civil suit i.e. CS-350-2024 titled "Sukhdev Singh and others v/s Amandeep Kaur and others", pending before learned Trial court, on the next date fixed i.e. 10.11.2025. Counsel for the applicant submits that he has no knowledge about the said settlement/agreement, but in view of the contents of the settlement/agreement dated 16.09.2025, copy whereof has been supplied by the counsel for the respondent today itself and in view of the disclosure made about the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, already filed, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
