At the outset, learned counsel for the parties have submitted that prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail and the matter has already been settled through mediation in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act has also been filed.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Harjit Singh states that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court on 13.12.2023, the petitioner has already joined investigation and he is fully cooperating with the investigation process and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the specific stand taken by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 13.12.2023 is hereby made absolute.
