The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7486-2025, whereby direction was issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 12.11.2024 submitted by the petitioner. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7486-2025, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that representation submitted by the petitioner has been decided by passing a speaking order dated 07.04.2026 by the Director Higher Education, Punjab. In view of the above, since order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7486-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 07.04.2026 passed by the Director Higher Education, Punjab. 5.
