Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.472 dated 16.10.2024 registered under Section 21(B) and 27A of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station, City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Vide order dated 16.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 16.01.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sandeep Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 16.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Petition stands allowed.
