(Oral) The substantive prayer made in the petition in hand reads thus:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and directions may kindly issued to the respondent State i.e Ld. Trial Court of Sh Rachhpal Singh, CJM, Ferozepur to conclude the Trial of case FIR No.1 dated 04.06.2020 U/s 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur expeditiously, in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice."

Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made, this Court does deem it appropriate to call upon the respondent at this stage. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, especially keeping in view the factum of the FIR in PARVINDER SINGH 2024.12.11 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
