**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) 1.
Present petition(s) have been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking, setting aside of the impugned orders dated 13.12.2023 and 05.03.2024, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala (P-3), whereby petitioners have been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No. 160 dated 28.07.2022, under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali Patiala, District Patiala. SANGEETA 2025.02.25 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-58543-2024 & CRM-M-58546-2024 2.
Court is informed that before passing of the present impugned order, three anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court.
3.
Counsel for the complainant produces copy of three orders i.e. order dated 17.10.2022 passed in CRM-M-47484-2022, order dated 14.12.2022 passed in CRM-M-53172-2022 and order dated 09.08.2023 passed in CRM-M-38824-2024, the same are taken on record. 4.
No ground is made out to entertain the present petition once the protection sought by the petitioner(s) by moving the petition(s) for seeking anticipatory bail has not been accepted by this Court three times, and moreover, in one of the order it is recorded that petitioner expresses his willingness to surrender before the Court, there is no point in examining the impugned order/PO order.
Accordingly, both petitions stand dismissed.
Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
