This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 29.05.2025 passed in CWP-16024-2025.

An affidavit of Sh. Rishi Pal Singh, IAS, Registrar, Punjab Agricultural University, PAU Campus, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Pursuant to the order dated 11.11.2025, the petitioner was granted an opportunity of hearing and a speaking order dated 20.11.2025 has since been passed which has also been appended with the affidavit as Annexure A-3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is so aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
