(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0018 dated 31.03.2023 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B IPC at P.S. Cyber South, District Gurugram, Section 66-D of IT Act and Section 14 of Foreigners Act, 1946 added later on. Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again, giving particulars of all other cases pending against the petitioner.
