MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against private respondents as per representation (Annexure P-3) sent to respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 30.08.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.

In the wake of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of and respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if any required, under the provisions of law.
