The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0180 dated 14.07.2025, registered under Sections 22(b)/27/61/85 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Nishan Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. 3.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 13.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
