The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to allot paddy as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are not allocating paddy to petitioner as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that State, as duty bound, would allot paddy in accordance with the policy and there is no question of violation of Policy on the part of State.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of.
